Return Policy
I do my ABSOLUTE BEST to take the highest quality digital images of my coins possible (all images on my site are my own), so you will have a really good idea of what your coin will look like in hand. However, many times it is important to view a coin in hand to thoroughly inspect it, I am happy to offer a 7-day return window (from the date of delivery.)
Initial shipping charges are NOT refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
All items MUST remain in their original holders (slab, 2x2) and any material change to the condition of a coin (cleaning, damage, improper handling) will potentially result in a partial refund. If necessary, please use the CONTACT form to initiate a refund.
Shipping charges will be a flat $5 per order. All orders under 1 pound in weight will ship via USPS First Class (includes tracking.) Larger orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail - no need to worry about figuring this out; I will cover the additional cost.
Please select the Standard Shipping option during checkout - unless you require Expedited Shipping (see below.)
Expedited shipping (via USPS Priority Mail with tracking) is available as an option during checkout. I have included two of the most common sizes (Small and Medium Flat Rate Boxes) based on size/volume of orders. Priority Mail shipments include $50 of USPS Insurance at no extra charge.
Once your order has been marked “fulfilled” and a tracking number has been uploaded to the site, you should receive an email notification that your order has been shipped.
I make it a point to ship orders within 1 business day of receipt of payment - you paid for it, you should get it ASAP. I also ensure your package is scanned in by a USPS employee (proof of shipment) so that the tracking number is entered into their system and you can then track its progress online via the USPS Online Tracking tool. I am NOT, however, responsible for anything USPS does after that. If your package does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, I am happy to call USPS customer service to attempt to locate it (as the sender.)
I will ALWAYS do my best to securely package your order to the best of my ability - this means obscuring the shape of coins, making sure they are not loosely moving around and making noise that could draw unwanted attention, and using enough packing tape to subdue a small (mostly docile) animal. Packing tape is WAY cheaper than coins, so I ALWAYS tape up every potential opening in a package.

I do not store, share, or sell ANY user information on my own - what happens on this site stays on this site. Your privacy is IMPORTANT to me (just like MY privacy is important to me as well.)
I detest advertisements of any kind, and will not use them on my site
Terms of Service
I constantly strive to do my best to treat others with the same courtesy and respect that I wish to receive. I promise to ALWAYS do my best to accurately describe the items you receive, to ALWAYS answer questions honestly, to NEVER attempt to mislead or hide anything negative, and to ALWAYS send the exact item purchased - as SOON as possible (usually within 24 hours of purchase.)
I do my absolute best to double-check every order before I ship it. However, since I am a human being and as such am imperfect (my mother might disagree, haha) - occasionally I do make minor errors. If I make an error (like shipping you the wrong coin) I WILL MAKE IT RIGHT (on me.)
